Formed in early 2016 by the drummer Michele Adami, the project was intended as an old school melodeath band, with some modern influences. Shortly after the vocalist Jacopo Marinelli was involved, bringing strongly introspection-oriented lyrics and a classic 90s melodeath growl style. As Michele started the songwriting work, guitarists Gianluca Fraschini and Andrea Mantelli joined the band.
